What is a Worksheet?

A worksheet commonly known as "Suite Reservation Form” or “Unit Wish List” is required to request a unit from Builders. In order to request your desired unit at the earliest VIP price , you are requested to submit in a properly filled worksheet. Once you have been allocated a suite, you will be contacted by our Sales team to confirm the filled information and proceed with the next steps of virtual or in-person signing. It is important to note that by submitting a “Worksheet” you are NOT binding yourself to purchase a suite. When our Sales team contacts you with an available suite, you still have the option to decide to proceed with the purchase. P.S. Once you sign the agreement to purchase, a 10 Day cooling-off period is allotted to the buyer in case you want to cancel the purchase due to any reason.
